1. Scope of Work**

That Sign Guy LLC will provide sign and lighting installation/services as outlined in the approved estimate. Any work requested beyond the specified scope may require a revised agreement and incur additional charges.

 
2. Payment Terms**

- A **50% deposit** is required prior to the commencement of work.

- The remaining balance is due upon project completion.

- Balances unpaid after 30 days will incur a **10% weekly late fee** until fully settled.

- Accepted payment methods: [credit & debit cards, mobile payment apps, and Bank transfers]


3. Permits & Compliance**

 

- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits unless explicitly stated otherwise in the estimate.

- That Sign Guy LLC adheres to local regulations but cannot be held liable for permit denials or delays.

 

4. Site Preparation**

- The client must ensure the installation site is clear, prepared, and easily accessible.

- Proper identification of underground utilities is the client’s responsibility prior to installation.

 

5. Weather & Rescheduling Policy**

- **Outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions**, including delays caused by **severe winds or lightning**.

- If installation is delayed due to weather, That Sign Guy LLC will notify the client and reschedule at the earliest available date.

- **No additional fees are charged for rescheduling due to weather**, but delays exceeding 30 days may require updated pricing if material costs change.

 

6. Workmanship Warranty**

- That Sign Guy LLC offers a **6-month workmanship warranty** on all installations.

- The warranty covers installation defects but excludes damage caused by weather, vandalism, third-party modifications and manufacturing defects.

- Clients are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of their signage.

 
7. Cancellation & Refunds**

- Cancellations **before work begins** are subject to a **10% administrative fee**.

- Deposits are **non-refundable** once materials have been purchased or work has started.

 
8. Quotes & Pricing**

All provided quotes are **estimates** and are **subject to revision** based on material costs, job complexity, or unforeseen circumstances. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to starting the project.

 
9. Loyalty Membership Program**

Join our **$50/month loyalty membership** to enjoy exclusive benefits:

### **Membership Terms:**

- Membership fees are per location NOT per customer and **non-refundable** auto-renew monthly unless canceled in writing.

When it comes to minor sign cleaning and repair services, it’s essential to understand the terms associated with these processes to ensure proper care and maintenance. Minor cleaning usually involves removing dirt, grime, debris and bird droppings from surfaces to restore the sign’s clarity and appearance. This may include gentle washing, wiping, or using mild cleaning agents that won’t damage the sign’s material. Minor repairs typically address issues like fixing loose components, replacing small parts such as screws, or touching up chipped paint. These services are designed to extend the life of your signage without requiring extensive overhauls. Be sure to check provider-specific terms, including warranty details, materials covered, and recommended maintenance schedules, to keep your signs looking their best and functioning effectively.

- Major repairs or extensive cleaning beyond routine maintenance require separate scheduling, with a **25% labor discount** applied.

- Membership cancellations mid-month will not qualify for partial refunds.

 
10. Advertisement Discount Program**

Display a **That Sign Guy LLC Was Here** banner or yard sign at your installation site for at least **one month** and receive **20% off installation costs**.

 

##Advertisement Discount Terms:**

- The promotional sign must be placed in a **visible location** for the agreed-upon timeframe.

- The discount applies exclusively to installation services (materials excluded).

- Removing the promo sign before the agreed duration may nullify the discount.

 

11. Agreement Acceptance**

By approving the estimate and submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
